Our PixClear® materials deliver the highest performance in terms of brightness, clarity, operating efficiencies, and device-lifetime that enables next generation Extended Reality, Display, and Optical Sensor applications. We are hiring an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team to help manage complex global customer relationships, develop rapport with key customer contacts, and work closely with internal teams to identify and penetrate new accounts and market opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead for customer account management and take ownership of the entire selling process from lead qualification to close in order to maximize volume and revenue.
  • Communicate with current and potential customers to understand their needs and advantageously position Pixelligent’s product offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to meet customer goals and targets.
  • Collect and analyzing customer feedback, market and competitive data, and other inputs to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Maintain up-to-date records pertaining to customer activities using SalesForce.
  • Provide feedback from customers for continuous product enhancements and improvements.
  • Work with internal cross functional teams to resolve customer complaints and preventing additional issues through process improvements.
  • Act as a customer advocate with a focus on high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and act as an ambassador to evangelize the company, technology, and products.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or scientific related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management in B2B environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to details.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data from diverse sources.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
  • Previous experience working with CRM tools such as SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
