Sales/Customer Service Representative

Reflek Technologies Corporation is actively seeking a dynamic and reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona. As an experienced representative with in-depth knowledge of our paint protection film and window film brands, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include managing incoming customer calls, processing orders following company policies, addressing customer inquiries, and escalating issues to the managerial team when needed. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, we are looking for an individual committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and capable of making prompt and accurate decisions. Position Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, your main focus will be following up on samples and information previously communicated via telephone, email, and social media. Providing clear and comprehensive answers to important questions is crucial. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to address support issues and deliver a top-notch customer experience. Along with being a valuable team member, the customer service representative is responsible for the following: Key Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Ability to learn and use customer service software applications. • Proficiency in basic PC skills. • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Highly reliable and at least 18 years of age. • Previous experience in receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, customer service, or office/administrative roles is advantageous, though not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training for all new employees.
