WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

● Administer Saviynt’s Salesforce system setup and configuration including

custom fields and objects, layouts, user provisioning, security, and

permissions.

● Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes and users to understand

the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes.

● Integrate third-party applications and packages.

● Monitor and report on Salesforce system health and usage.

● Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive

ongoing improvements to Saviynt’s Salesforce.com platform.

WHAT YOU BRING

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

● 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration, developer, or release experience

supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance.

● In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration,

including custom fields and objects, workflows, assignments rules,

validation rules, formula fields, deployment, governor limits, roles,

profiles, and permissions.

● Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and

best practices.

● Salesforce.com Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Advanced

Administrator certifications are required. Platform Developer I, CPQ

Specialist, & Sales Cloud Consultant are a strong plus.

● Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or

DemandTools). Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is

a plus.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate

effectively at all levels of the organization.

● Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail,

excellent organizational skills,a high degree of motivation, and deadline-

driven productivity.
