​​We are looking for … Salesforce administrator to ensure that our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales/marketing databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products and to ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales and marketing department operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain CRM data integrity through regular audits and updates new and ongoing user trainings and CRM process documentation
  • Creation of fields, objects, and process automations for KPI tracking for various departments
  • Understand and answer any questions regarding the data flow within Salesforce and how integrations feed/read Salesforce
  • Troubleshooting and bug fixing of validation rules, flows, and resolve incorrect or missing data
  • Evaluate new software tools to be integrated with Salesforce and understand how they will impact current process or CRM data
  • Understand and proactively assess the current state of the sales tech stack and identify gaps, overlaps, efficiencies, and improvements
  • Creation and maintenance of basic reports or views
  • Mass import/upload/update data to Salesforce
  • Support Business Analyst with identifying necessary fields, objects, and data flow for reporting goals
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

Who You Are: 

  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years experience as Salesforce administrator
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred
  • Familiarity with APEX preferred
  • Prior sales experience a plus
  • Experience using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with DataLoader, Data Wizard, Workbench
