HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Senior Director of Business Enablement and CRM in the Business and technology Engagement Team.

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce end user access, visibility, roles and responsibilities including user alignment platform, including user management, security settings, data visibility and integrity, and have a key voice during sprint and enhancement development
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, service and operations to assist the Business Analysts in gathering requirements and implementing change within the Salesforce platform
  • Be the voice of the end user as the team configures and customizes Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access and security
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements and optimizations as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and implementing relevant updates
  • Work with the business and the CRM Analysts and cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation as appropriate


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3+ Years working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
  • Willingness to obtain or certified as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or roles that support financial services
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, workflows, and reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce CRM Analytics is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality
