We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a robust background in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.  

Your Impact: 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom code.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and apply this knowledge to improve the platform.

Certifications Preferred: 

• Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)

• Salesforce App Builder

Your Toolkit:

• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2).

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Version Control for planning, creating branches, and performing merges

• Salesforce administration, including but not limited to profiles, permission sets, security, page layouts, validation rules, formulas, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards

• Deep understanding of supporting Lead to Cash Flow and working with Sales, Marketing and Supporting Operations teams.

• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.

Plus Factors:

• Some knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a great plus.

Compensation:

$ 154,000 USD - $ 185,000 USD
