BlueSnap is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. The Salesforce Administrator will work collaboratively and learn from our current senior administrator about BlueSnap’s fast-growing Salesforce environment as well as the integrated systems we use to power our front-end business processes. This includes work across custom objects, detailed Flows, a Community Instance and APEX + Visualforce. This role will expose you to senior management & department leads as you work to enhance one of the most complicated Salesforce instances driving business objectives across multiple teams.
This role will be located in our Waltham, MA office with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.
Your goals:Â
- Within the first 4 weeks you familiarize yourself with the suite of supported systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Engagement, ZoomInfo, Gong.io & PactSafe.
- Within 8 weeks you will have helped to advance our documentation and be up to speed on the key Salesforce Flows which automate much of our back-end process and provide easy to use flow experiences for user updates.
- Within 3 months you will own the collective administration of Salesforce and integrated systems.Â
- Within 6 months you will be contributing to Product sessions, leading operational meetings, manage migration projects and be owner of our growing partner portal (Salesforce Community).
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Executive Management, Risk, Implementation, Customer Success & Product to build requirements and manage Salesforce configuration changes, user acceptance testing, and support roll out of projects.
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce Administration, including user management, configuration, integrations, new user setup, deactivations, creating/updating profiles and permissions, install/uninstall managed packages, install/optimize system integrations, build/edit flows, custom fields/objects, etc.
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure we are up to date with the latest security settings and policies.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, building subject matter expertise on new releases and enhancements that may benefit BlueSnap.
- Own documentation related to SFDC process changes and incoming requests.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional team members and clients.
- Provide other technical services as required for the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, particularly in a high growth organization
- Knowledge of Flow Builder, approval processes, custom objects, SOQL, validation rules, permission sets, and layouts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience is required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
