Salesforce Administrator

It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will have the opportunity to design, own and support a best-in-class Go-to-Market tech stack and SFDC instance to support our growing global sales, marketing and customer success teams around the world. ​​We’re looking for someone who can help us bring it all together when it comes to optimizing our strategy via our business systems.

As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for: 

• Serving as the primary system admin for the Salesforce.com environment
• Setting up and managing integrations between SFDC and other key systems (ie. Outlaw, Hubspot, Churn Zero, Groove, Mode) so that everything works together seamlessly
• Serving as our go-to on how to bring Go-to-Market strategy to life
• Scaling and improving Beyond’s CRM to set us up for growth
• Developing deep knowledge of Beyond’s business, processes, and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to recommend action
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, scope problems, and build solutions
• Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, management of custom objects, etc.
• Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
• Assisting in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill-set across the organization

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience in a growing SaaS company
• Experience as the sole Salesforce Administrator for a business
• Advanced Admin and App Builder certifications and Excel experience
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and owning the integrations of our go-to-market tech stack (Hubspot, Mode, Groove, Salesforce)
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
• Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce configuration and automation
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
• SQL experience a HUGE plus
