Job Summary: Salesforce Administrator position at ISN will carry out various analytical, project management and technical functions to successfully execute large-scale and strategic customer relationship management projects to improve the experience for ISN customers and employees. It requires that one be a self-starter, organized, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.
1.0 Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Serve as Salesforce Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for assigned area
- Translate functional requirements into Salesforce technical requirements
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes, and validation rules
- Data management and mass updates using tools like Data Loader
- Manages user access, permissions, and licenses
- Document customizations made in Salesforce
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge for assigned products, processes and team-wide projects
- Perform testing and quality control/assurance tasks relating to system integrity
- Monitor Azure DevOps to ensure that tasks requiring configuration are completed
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives
- All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, ISN Management or their Supervisor
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management
2.0 Requirements
2.1 Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified - preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certifications – preferred
2.2 Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds preferred:
- Sales
- Service
- Revenue (CPQ and Billing)
- Experience (formerly Community)
- Pardot
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Hands-on experience with administrative functions in Salesforce Lightning including user management and security controls
- Hands-on experience with custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports and dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce admin preferred ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The location: ISN is based in Dallas, TX. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the country, with a wide variety of excellent schools, entertainment venues, sports teams, and museums. ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.
Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.Â
- Onsite Requirement: Your role on the team will have a few requirements related to in-person work:
- Day 1 – You will be expected to attend in person to participate in key onboarding activities, receive equipment and meet the team.
- Ongoing – Your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least one in-person engagement required on a monthly basis (team collaboration day, ISN event, team event etc.). This is subject to change dependent upon business needs and the tasks associated with your role.
