Job Description
Salesforce Administrators at BRIO work on implementations by configuring Salesforce based on specifications created by other team members. Occasionally, Salesforce Administrators work directly with clients in a post-go live support capacity.
Ideal candidates have worked on the Salesforce platform, and have an understanding of its capabilities and use cases. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required. We also look for these superbadges:

Requirements
Salesforce Administrators are responsible for:
- Attending client discovery meetings to assist in gathering requirements and designing custom solutions that use Salesforce components, apps, and integrations;
- Interfacing with internal and external Project Managers and stakeholders to estimate, task, and build custom Salesforce functionality;
- Creating Configuration Workbooks for all Salesforce implementations;
- Developing other documentation for Salesforce projects, including items like How-To Documentation and User Guides, Testing Guides, and more;
- Implementing Salesforce custom fields and objects;
- Building Process Builders and Flows for custom Salesforce solutions;
- Creation of lightning pages and quick actions;
- Building reports and dashboards;
- Installing and configuring 3rd party applications
