Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team, to continually improve and enhance Omiliaโ€™s CRM system, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.

The position belongs to the Revenue Operations team and the role requires close, day-to-day collaboration with internal Salesforce stakeholders, such as Global Sales, Presales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Project Management Office, and more.

You have a solid understanding, experience and a passion for Salesforce, and you are focused, detail-oriented, results-driven, with strong collaboration skills and possess the desire to keep learning.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

  • You have a strong ability to understand Business Needs, Processes and Strategy, ensuring a coherent approach. You possess a critical mind and unwavering attention to detail, but you set objectives with the bigger picture in mind, facilitating a smoother, more aligned operation throughout.
  • You have deep knowledge of Salesforceโ€™s capabilities and best practices to understand platform functionalities and interdependencies to identify potential roadblocks and opportunities within the architecture.
  • In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • You are familiar with navigating fast-paced environments and adapting to the quickly changing nature of a rapidly growing tech company, ideally an enterprise SaaS or B2B environment.

The position reports to the Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities

  • The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, lightning pages,
  • dynamic layouts, actions, Products & Price Books, custom objects, email alerts, custom settings, record types, approval processes, dashboards and reports.
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules, public groups.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and security of data within Salesforce.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Sandbox environment management (including testing and deploying).
  • Identifying opportunities with unused or underutilised platform features
  • Ensuring that 3 rd party integrations align with existing systems both technically and from a Business perspective, in particular ERP, BI and Sales enablement tools.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check etc.
  • Providing onboarding, training and support to Salesforce users.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Contributing to a thriving work environment that is built on accountability and trust.
  • Building strong working relationships across teams.
Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proven strong Salesforce knowledge. Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Admininstrator certifications a strong plus.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Trailhead Badges/Superbadges
  • Gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions, estimating development effort and establishing testing process in sandbox environments and deployment to production timeline.
  • Implementing Salesforce Flow, fields, lightning pages, dynamic layouts, actions, Products &
  • Price Books, custom objects, email alerts, custom settings, record types, approval processes, dashboards and reports
  • Salesforce analytics, reports and dashboards
  • Salesforce user management, sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

  • Salesforce Developer / Apex knowledge and practices
  • Experience with 3 rd party Salesforce integrations with systems such as Jira, ERP, BI
  • tools/Tableau, backup solutions.
  • Salesforce Mobile App configuration
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or similar field.
  • Active in the Salesforce community
