Job Description

The Position 

CallRail is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help our organization solve business problems using the Salesforce Platform, this individual will play a critical role on the Revenue Operations team. This person will provide guidance on how to best operationalize new business initiatives, build infrastructure in support of new go-to-market strategies, and implement process improvements within CallRail’s instance of Salesforce.

 

The Salesforce Administrator reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Go-To-Market Systems and works closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology. A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in an agile environment. The ideal candidate for this role will not only be detail-oriented but also process-oriented. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.


What You'll Do 
  • Implement Salesforce solutions to solve business challenges, improve processes, and increase adoption
  • Quickly learn business needs, design practical Salesforce solutions, and communicate these clearly to stakeholders
  • Implement data governance best practices and processes for maintaining data, ensuring that Salesforce operates as the source of truth for all customer and sales data
  • Understand data flow between systems and how to leverage standard and custom fields
  • Advise and implement process automation within Salesforce ensuring accurate and clear documentation
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Test and validate new processes in a sandbox environment before implementing them into a production environment
  • Maintaining the platform’s data integrity, overall health, and day-to-day end-user support
  • Working with integrated applications including LeanData, Qualified, Gong, Outreach, Pendo, DocuSign, InsideView, etc
 What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification. Other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS in a high-velocity, transactional business model 
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment
  • You are comfortable working with large datasets, excel, and systems to ensure data integrity and empower your peers to make data-driven decisions
  • A strong desire to learn and problem solve
  • Basic understanding of Asana and LucidChart preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to execute like a pro and act as a strategic advisor, detail-oriented
