Job Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in scaling our business operations here at RTI. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continuously enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform and ecosystem of integrated applications to meet our business objectives and prioritize the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of our users.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and should have a passion for understanding stakeholder requirements, building creative solutions, and managing the setup and health of our org. Responsibilities:

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, profiles, roles, permissions, public groups, and sharing roles
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, validations, and other custom settings
  • Develop, create, and maintain customized reports and dashboards in support of various business initiatives, data integrity, and overall system health
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on improving user experience and business efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and training resources
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve user issues with the application and work with Salesforce support to remedy complex problems
  • Drive proactive system maintenance including security reviews, health checks, release updates, and data quality audits and remediation
  • Deliver new and existing Salesforce user training as needed
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Work with ecosystem of incremental Salesforce applications (Pardot, Experience, Slack) and other integrated business applications across various departments
  • Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business related discipline
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal; reliable, responsive, and transparent communication is critical for this role
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement scalable, best practice solutions
  • Experience with change management and governance
  • Fluency in both Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI environments
  • Proven project leader with strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines on projects that include multiple review points and iterations
  • Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms, and business processes
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and customer service

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications completed
  • Previously implemented a CPQ system, CLM application, and/or ERP integration
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Experience Cloud, and/or Mobile application
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code or Visualforce a plus
  • Active in the Salesforce community
