About the Role

DebtBook is looking for a Salesforce Administrator as part of our Sales Operations team. As Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for designing and building our strategic solutions on the Salesforce platform using configuration and declarative admin features. You will have extensive experience and knowledge in industry standard development best practices and methodologies. You will be a self organized member of the team who has the ability to efficiently work with our business and cross functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

As Salesforce Administrator, you will:

• Translate business needs into scalable and stable Salesforce solutions
• Perform complex Salesforce configuration and maintenance tasks as needed, including data ingestion, process flows, reports, dashboards, and user access updates
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Legal to institute solutions that serve all teams and external systems, including assessing and building cross-functional system integrations

What You Bring  

• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of experience working directly with Salesforce orgs
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce flows and the platform as a whole
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, PowerBI, or others
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, Advanced Administrator Certification
