We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will play a vital role in building and maintaining our Salesforce instance to drive operational and process excellence for marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams. You will report to the GTM Systems Lead and serve as an execution partner along with a data architect to embed clear, predictable, and scalable processes for Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a passionate, systems-minded individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce organization. 

The Salesforce Administrator will demonstrate a deep knowledge of Salesforce and quickly grasp our existing operating model. He or she does this by dissecting system requirements, understanding pain points, and delivering high-quality solutions at speed, maintaining flexibility when faced with time constraintsThe ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented, operational efficiency approach to the job and have the Salesforce knowledge and experience to optimize the platform. Your efforts will empower our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to operate efficiently, effectively, and systematically as we scale our business in the years ahead. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the ongoing use, development and optimization of Salesforce, including CPQ and other native integrations. This includes responsibility for users, profiles, roles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows etc. and CPQ elements (quote templates, products and related configurations). As well as Apex if required 

  • Write and execute test scripts and/or manual testing routines for own output and contributes to testing of Salesforce functionality developed by the extended technology team. 

  • Develop and maintain system documentation and support procedures, processes, application configuration, and related materials for end users 

  • Act as the gatekeeper for system enhancement requests to ensure that they are in line with our business goals and keep changes from breaking downstream functionality 

  • Participate in the prioritization of enhancements  

 

Qualifications 

  • This position is based in ARGENTINA   

  • 5+ years of experience working within Salesforce Administrator roles 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required 

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and Platform App Builder preferred   

  • A degree in business / systems (Business Analytics, Operations Management, Programming or equivalent) 

  • Demonistrated experience in Salesforce permissions, roles, formulas, and automation features. Expert level user of flows. 

  • Ability to articulate process changes and improvements up and down the organization 

  • Ability to operate autonomously with demonstrated experience, knowledge, and expertise within SaaS / Enterprise Software 

  • A commitment to continuous learning and willingness to evolve with the Salesforce platform. Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement
