About the Role:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ongoing management of basic Salesforce administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users. Panorama’s CRM is leveraged by approximately 300 users each day across Revenue, Account Management, Client Experience, Finance, and Product teams. Potential support projects include automating contract generation, integrating with customer service systems, managing CPQ implementation, and updating Panorama’s infrastructure to enable the next generation of analytics and strategic decisions.
This role works within the guidance of the Manager of Salesforce and the Revenue Operations team, and partners closely with Revenue, Client Experience and other departments to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc. to improve productivity. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support and administration for a Salesforce environment with 300+ users:
- Supporting & maintaining new CPQ implementation (pricebooks, approvals and related Salesforce features)
- Support with installed packages and integrated applications (ex. Hubspot, Gainsight, Netsuite)
- Provisioning users, permissions, sharing rules, groups, and ensuring data security within Salesforce
- Assisting with data uploads utilizing Dataloader.io and other tools,
- Supporting database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests, and duplicate entry cleansing
- Ensuring data cleanliness and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems
- Supporting & maintaining process builder, flows, automations
- Building, validating, maintaining reports/dashboardsÂ
- Manage internal support requests and administrative needs related to technical challenges and business support issues
- Gather needs and requirements of the business and support with implementation of solutions via custom objects, custom fields, automations
- Perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
- Create and maintain documentation for using Salesforce and provide general support and training for Salesforce users
- Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent systems and processes company-wide
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Solution-oriented disposition and ability to solve complex technical problems independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrated passion for helping to improve schools
- Experience working within SaaS company
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite, Contract Management Systems (ex.Conga, DocuSign, Ironclad), Customer Success Systems (ex.Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango)
