Reporting Location:       Boulder, CO; Seattle, WA; or Madison, WI 

FLSA Status:                   Exempt 

Pay:                                  $70,000 – 100,000; depending on experience and location

The Position 

OneEnergy is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain the current Salesforce organization while also implementing new features and enhancements that align with the company’s longer-term vision and strategic roadmap.  This person will coordinate closely with the IT Program Manager and department leads to define Salesforce project requirements, then implement and administer solutions.  This position will report to the IT Program Manager.   

Responsibilities: 

• Manage users and licenses including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• Identify and gather Salesforce feature requirements from end users and stakeholders
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Lead end user training and create and maintain training materials
• Monitor and drive user adoption
• Solicit ongoing feedback from end users on Salesforce functionality, capability & user experience issues
• Design, develop, maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards for end users within the company. 
• Resolve issues submitted to internal help desk ticketing system

• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• Ability to work with end users to understand requirements, develop solutions, and confirm those solutions meet end users’ needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related soft 
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Salesforce product knowledge and 4 years hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud or relevant Salesforce Certification
• Project Management experience or certification a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must have a “roll up your sleeves and let’s get the job done right” type attitude
• Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility
