POSITION

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our data management platform and will leverage data to provide insights and identify opportunities to further develop our brand awareness, program impact, and fundraising initiatives. 

RESPONSIBILITES

• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Detailed experience writing Salesforce reports, customizing dashboards, workflows, and settings within Salesforce.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
• Strong data management skills, with an understanding of data import and export tools
• Salesforce Admin certified preferred.
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
