Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator manages the day-to-day functionality within Salesforce for multiple teams and departments. This position assists all VMS department leaders in designing and implementing processes and procedures within Salesforce to assist in accomplishing and reporting on their goals. Senior Salesforce Administrator works closely with 3rd party consultants and Salesforce resources to continue to improve and expand the Salesforce experience for all VMS Technology users. This role keeps up-to-date on the Salesforce roadmap in order to take advantage of upgrades that will give AMN VMS Technology divisions a competitive advantage. In collaboration with department and company leaders, designs, builds and reports on multiple data points, from multiple sources, to be used in identifying trends, areas needing improvement, individual contributor performance, department performance and any other areas that are identified as opportunities for tracking and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet company objectives.
• Supports multiple businesses and teams for an integrated system.
• Communicates with project managers and internal collaborators to craft cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Evaluates existing processes and determine potential Salesforce enabled improvements.
• Oversees solutions design and delivery, including integration with existing architecture.
• Integrates various outside applications into Salesforce to allow data collection and reporting within Salesforce.
• Manages and administers the data collection, design and reporting of all data points consistent with department leadership
• Evaluates existing Salesforce functionality and analytics reporting, suggests improvements and implement changes as requested.
• Maintains an expert understanding of all Salesforce, Shiftwise, and business analysis functions and processes and uses knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and improve existing functionality or build functionality where it would be beneficial to Shiftwise users.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Certifications

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification | Salesforce (CRM) | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration and analytic experience

• Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and issues to employees with differing levels of technical expertise.

Pay Rate

$101,000 - $120,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
