Hiring rate/range: $87,000 – $97,000
Actual compensation offer to candidates may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between the base and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer.

Work Location:

Our Denver office is open, and we require all local staff to be in the office a minimum 2 days per week.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch break. Additionally, employees in this role under 3 years of tenure are assigned to be on-call 2-4 individual weeks throughout the year for hours outside of typical office hours that week. Additional pay is provided for this work.

Summary/Objective:

As a mid-level Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a critical role at Travelers Haven.  Not only will you bring expertise to our Salesforce environment, but you’ll be able to bridge the gap between systems and the business through collaboration.  We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and assisting in managing the product roadmap to help drive scale for the business. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand current roadblocks and identify potential solutions.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement best practices.
  • Effectively train and roll out new enhancements and processes as it relates to Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback on roadmap items including the level of effort and scalability.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data as needed.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

Compentency:
  • Exceptional management, organizational, and prioritization abilities
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
