Role: Salesforce Administrator 

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Salesforce Administrator to help us evolve, scale, and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continual improvement of the tool.  

The administrator will work closely with core operational teams and technology teams to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. You must be comfortable working autonomously to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into approachable terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact on the business. 

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can appreciate both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all administrative aspects of Salesforce.  

What you’ll do: 

• Responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance of Salesforce tool 
• Collaborate across core operational teams and tech teams, to aid in optimization of Salesforce platform 
• Identify and deploy new business processes in Salesforce 
• Translate Salesforce and technical information, design options and business impact to stakeholders 
• Ownership of all Salesforce Administrator tasks 

Who you are: 

• Certified Salesforce Administrator 
• 3-5 years' experience in a Salesforce Admin role 
• Deep knowledge of and experience in Service Cloud and Data Cloud required; experience with Marketing Cloud strongly preferred
• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning
• Able to work in-office 4 days/week
