The Role

IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will work cross-functionally to manage our Salesforce environment, assess current operations, streamline existing workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of our Salesforce integrations and will collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on firmwide initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Drive high impact initiatives by leveraging Salesforce

· Write Apex triggers, create Workflows, manage current Salesforce integrations, and work on new Salesforce integrations

· Partner with teammates to lead the effort to migrate active process builders to flows

· Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to improve efficiency across all platforms

· Become familiar with IEQ’s policies and processes

· Create recurring reports and dashboards to track data flow and monitor processes

· Document different aspects of our Salesforce environment and evaluate for efficiency and functionality

· Drive optimization of the firm’s salesforce structure through analysis of workflows, and by reducing objects or records that serve to enhance the overall salesforce environment

Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce

· Ability to analyze complex data sets and work with relational databases

· Ability to create and deliver compelling and clear presentations using Salesforce tools

· Strong project management skills and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate among teams

· Ability to think critically and anticipate issues

· Good verbal and written communications skills

· Good relationship-building skills both inside and outside of the organization

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment

· Curious, excited to solve big data challenges, “No task is too small” mentality

· Bachelor’s degree is required

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on skills and experience
