The Salesforce Administrator and Developer will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce.

Here's the job:

Provide day to day Salesforce Sales Cloud administration:

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and workflows
• Create custom fields and change pick lists
• Deliver system enhancements and updates
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs/issues
• Provide end-user training and support
• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce applications
• Maintain integrations with other systems including NetSuite, ServiceNow and collaborate with other system administrators as needed

Develop Customized solutions using the Salesforce platform:

• Evaluate existing business procedures and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities for development and best practice enhancements

• Partner with Apogee leaders to develop business intelligence reporting and dashboards

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders on development requests to address evolving business needs

• Confidently communicate and promote best practice development in discussions with stakeholders

• Support future projects including Salesforce CPQ implementation

• Maintain technical documentation of CRM build and customizations

Support vital tasks as required

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in IT and Salesforce administration and/or Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities, current with latest offerings and enhancements
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Developer certification preferred
• Proficiency with Boomi, iHub or other Integration Platform
• Experience with building multi-year roadmaps
• Comfortable with cross functional requirements building
