We are looking for a Salesforce Administratorto join our Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Global CRM team responsible for thedesign, architecture, and development of our Salesforce infrastructure andthird-party connections. Additionally,this role will maintain the Salesforce roadmap, working closely with Sales,Service, Marketing, HR and Operations teams to support where our Salesforceinstance needs to go. The ideal candidate has a consistent track record ofworking with internal teams to diagnose processes and create and implementsolutions to business problems in Salesforce and its peripheral ecosystems.This is a hands-on, analytical role in a fast-paced environment requiring the idealcandidate to perform effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Salesforce Administrator youwill be responsible for:
- Own all administrative aspects of SiemensUltrasound Salesforce configuration, including testing and deployment
- Maintain, modify, and build custom workflows,process builders, flows, assignment rules, approval processes, actions, customsettings, mobile apps and lightning components to streamline internal processes
- Collaborate with the development andimplementation of functional designs and features of SFDC and related systemintegrations (SAP S/4, Saba LMS, ServiceMax Asset360, eQMS ETQ, etc.)
- Collect requirements from stakeholders,document, prioritize and implement those requirements in collaboration with therelevant areas of the business
- Monitor data to identify data integrity issuesand develop automated data cleansing processes
- Identify and deliver usability, security, andprocess improvements
- Provide support and documentation to end userson day-to-day tasks and assist with general support requests/questions
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- 3+ years of fast paced Salesforce admin work ina growing medical or technology company (Global experience preferred)
- AdvancedAdministrator preferred
- Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, SF-CPQ
- Service Cloud (FSL), Experience Cloud, CommerceCloud
- Conga Composer (Document Generation) preferred
- Experience with requirements gathering andprocess analysis preferred
- Apex/Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc. aplus
- Salesforce data tools (Data Loader)
- Experience working on iterative projects, andwith deployment strategies/processes (Dev-QA environments vs. production)
- Excellent communication and data presentationskills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business andtechnical implementation partners and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multipleassignments to meet deadlines

Thepay range for this position in Issaquah, WA is $80,000 - $100,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is 6% of base pay. Siemens Healthineersoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off andholiday pay.
