We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will utilize your passion & skills to support all business systems users across our growing organization. You will make key process improvements within Salesforce and other business systems that have a direct impact on the overall success of Charles River Analytics. 
Ways you can make an impact:

• Serve as an administrator for CRA’s 125+ user Government Cloud Salesforce environment
• Provide technical support to end users as needed, as well as training new users in basic Salesforce navigation and functionality
• Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, ticketing, approval processes, and automations
• Implement and manage Salesforce Apex solutions, including error handling
• Create and maintain business intelligence artifacts; assist end users in the creation of reporting tools and dashboards (both in Salesforce and externally) as needed
• Collaborate with the Business Systems and IT teams to maintain cross-systems data synchronization and integrity
• Collaborate with others in IT, Business Systems, and Management to improve and develop processes
• Document system features, processes, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes as necessary
• Stay up to date on all annual release notes, and take necessary steps to prepare the org for changes to the platform

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team supporting all divisions in the organization
• Experience with both declarative and programmatic automation, including Flow Builder, Apex, and SOQL
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and products, and how to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytics, reporting, & project management skills; experience working with and transforming large datasets; advanced experience in Excel (e.g., data scrubbing, data analysis, pivot tables/charts)
• Experience creating and managing Salesforce custom objects and data model
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
• U.S. Citizenship is Required

Nice to haves:

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
• Experience in supporting integrations across external systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 automation and analytics tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Expertise in Excel (e.g., macros, scripting, external data query)
