YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Salesforce Administrator will help support our organization by ensuring that policies, systems and procedures relating to Salesforce automation and related analytics are maintained and adhered to in the Salesforce instance. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible to manage and optimize our Salesforce instance, including Salesforce CPQ. The Salesforce Administrator will track, monitor, analyze and report on the ongoing quality and integrity of all Salesforce data and will help support the go-to-market team and executive management goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a primary resource for all Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ projects and initiatives
• Create and manage custom fields, approvals, page layouts, validation rules and custom workflows
• Managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Perform various data quality checks, including investigation and work with the team on remediation steps
• Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
• Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
• Assist the sales leadership team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve the end user's performance.
• Support the development of the revenue operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce.com end-user issues; Assists with break/fix requests.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Finance, Partnerships, Marketing and CS to support business initiatives.
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support

WHO YOU ARE

• Salesforce Administrative Certification preferred
• Salesforce CPQ experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented & diligent with excellent time & deadline management
• Teamwork & collaboration oriented
• Able to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable
