Salesforce Administrator (Remote)
Job Description
HeartFlow is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Salesforce Administrator to join our team as we look to scale our organization and ramp up commercialization efforts in the U.S., UK, Europe, and Japan.
The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in driving commercial excellence to provide expanded business tools and processes. Leveraging expertise and experience in sales process optimization, contracts management and project management, this individual will drive business process improvements for commercial operations and the integration of processes, technology, and people toward the achievement of sales targets. This position will work with multiple teams and stakeholders, including users within the various business teams and IT, and make a direct impact on business process and commercial operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Commercial Systems and Analytics Director, this role will lead the consultation, design, and implementation of software and design technology for Salesforce.com The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the platform.
- Refine, and implement the next iteration of SFDC and research other partners that integrate into SFDC to increase overall customer targeting and penetration and improve the contracting process
- Implement, maintain, and enhance Salesforce.com platform and related SaaS applications
- Improve data hygiene in Salesforce through daily maintenance, proactive cleanup efforts, and implementation of data validation rules
- Evaluate and scope the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream/downstream applications
- Assess and recommend new applications and technologies for the business
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within the Salesforce.com environment
- Adhere to and strengthen Change Management/Change Control processes, maintaining the security and integrity of our environment
- Organize and perform testing and validation activities, where applicable
- Train users on new and existing features within Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications that are plugged into SFDC
Skills Needed:
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): User Profiles, Workflow, Process Builder, custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of sales and contracting processes, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharma industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Attentive to detail with strong quality control

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Track record of academic excellence, including a four-year Bachelor’s degree;
- 5+ years related Salesforce.com experience
- Salesforce.com Lightning experience required
- Salesforce.com certification(s) preferred
