Cognizant is looking for a " Salesforce Administrator " for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote

Experience : 8 -10 years

Required Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated Salesforce Administration experience-Salesforce admin certification. • Strong reporting skills using Data Loader / Workbench . • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, IT, or Engineering. • Proven experience in service delivery management or a related role, with a track record of successful client relationship management. • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities • The individual will support the growth of through the delivery of analytical solutions based on sound development and administration of Salesforce CRM, along with demonstrated skills of data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and presentation of insights • Collaborates with internal and external partners in the design and execution of analytic studies to answer key business questions • Responsible for project commitments to quality and on-time deliverables • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently • Motivated to learn about the organization and how it fits into the overall PBM business strategy • Makes recommendations for improvements to the existing Salesforce infrastructure and reports, while bringing expertise in data analytics and Customer Relationship Management best practices • Comfortable with speaking and presenting to colleagues across all levels of the organization • On call support during Production issue calls
