Job Title: Onboarding and Implementation Salesforce Architect
Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our Onboarding and implementation team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a specific focus on implementing SMS Magic solutions within the Salesforce platform. As an SMS Magic Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SMS Magic solutions to enhance our customerβs Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Architecture:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging SMS Magic for Salesforce.
- Architect and document end-to-end solutions that incorporate SMS Magic capabilities to meet business objectives.
- Provide expertise in data modelling, integration patterns, and customization to optimize the Salesforce and SMS Magic integration.
- Magic Implementation:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SMS Magic within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Product Team, Development team, Product L2 Support) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Configure flows, templates, and automation to align with business processes.
- Review and validate the solution design and approach. Project effort estimations and timelines will be provided by Salesforce developer resources.
- Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications.
- Leadership:

- Act as the subject matter expert for SMS Magic integration, guiding development teams in best practices and efficient implementation of SMS Magic features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers for Flows, Trigger Developments and Configurations, Apex Custom developments, etc.
- Stay abreast of the latest SMS Magic and Salesforce trends, updates, and best practices.
- Assurance:

- Conduct thorough testing of SMS Magic integrations to ensure functionality, security, and performance.
- Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the effectiveness of SMS Magic solutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SMS Magic configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Produce user guides and training materials to assist end-users in leveraging SMS Magic features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Salesforce certifications, including Certified Platform Developer or Certified Application Architect, are a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing third-party solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Experience in configuring flows, templates, and automation.
- Excellent problem solving, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
