Board is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architectural and technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, guiding the development team, and contributing to strategic planning. This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions.
• Provide guidance on using point-and-click configuration or custom code.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution design, and stakeholder presentations.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions.
• Provide effort estimates for solution implementation.
• Oversee technical delivery, including custom solutions and integrations.
• Manage technical scope and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior technical team members.

What we look for:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of CRM industry experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce technologies.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other platforms.
• Extensive experience with VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, and Apex Triggers.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite and API (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
• Front-end development experience with Lightning Design System.
• Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business, or related field.
