The Role:

Carrot Fertility is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales team in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role will maintain and develop the Salesforce platform that serves as the source of truth for cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. We are looking for someone with strong Salesforce Admin skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency and data integrity. They must be able to prioritize multiple projects at once and deliver quality work on time. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. 

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand gaps in the current process and areas lacking in efficiency that can be solved with Salesforce.com development
  • Supervise data quality and integrity between Salesforce and other integrated platforms
  • Configure Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Critical issue, Workflows & Approvals, Flow Builder, and other Tool Integrations
  • Find the balance between speed to a solution and building for long-term scalability
  • End-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform and new functionality including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment and supporting documentation

The Team: 

This is the first in house Salesforce hire at Carrot with the opportunity to have a significant impact on a variety of teams across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years working as Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including creating business requirements and other formal documentation.
  • Experience with Dataloader, Workbench or similar data manipulation tool
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing CRM solutions at in a SAAS or Health Tech company
  • Experience as a business user of Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Platform App Builder Certification
  • Trailhead Ranger status
  • Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies

Compensation:

The expected base salary for this position will range from $100,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
