Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Summary

You will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and transforming complex data sets into actionable insights that inform our strategic decision-making. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Apps (including Financial Force PSA and Accounting) and data analysis you will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our Salesforce implementations, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce Apps including Financial Force PSA and Financial Force Accounting data to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize business processes.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Salesforce to effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define Salesforce Apps data requirements, ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities for data enrichment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce best practices and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of the Salesforce Apps platform.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement data-related enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on data-related processes, reports, and data visualization tools to enhance their understanding and usage of the Salesforce Apps platform.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Salesforce and Financial Force Experience 
• 3-5 Years working in a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
•   Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Financial Force platforms, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and reporting functionalities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Familiarity with data extraction and transformation processes (ETL) and data integration concepts.
• Solid understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
