This position supports the Silotech Group Salesforce practice to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. This role may have you work on current existing internal and external projects, and future projects as awarded.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will identify business needs, help create customized technology solutions, and interact with our technical team of Salesforce experts and our clients to maintain an inclusive and efficient environment. The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for creating and refining business and systems requirements to address business opportunities and formulating documentation to support the development and implementation of the technical solution.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field is desired.

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience working within the Salesforce platform in a Business Analyst role.
  • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of supporting experience of enterprise systems
  • Experience with Tableau CRM
  • Experience in the Salesforce platform to recommend solutions effectively.
  • Effective at requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation and management of client expectations and business processes
  • A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements, pain points and ability to create technical documentation.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to think critically and analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
  • A thorough understanding of B2B marketing/sales pipeline practices and KPIs
  • Ability to work on multiple projects gathering requirements and prioritizing needs.
  • Ability to work with the project manager or product owner and act as the Salesforce SME to help complete user stories, document journey maps or any other technical documentation needed.
  • Interface with clients to help drive requirement meetings

Certification

Must have relevant Salesforce certification such as:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Community Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Platform App Builder
