Salesforce Business Analyst
The Team:
The Corporate Application Support (CAS) Salesforce & Data Analytics Teams work collaboratively to bring the full power of Salesforce to help our users achieve business value and work more effectively. The Salesforce Team (3 Admins, a Developer, and additional consultants available on call) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce and all of the integrations and applications that interact with Salesforce. The Data Analytics Team manages, analyzes, and exposes data enabling Enfusion staff to make fact based decisions, furthering strategic objectives. This includes maintaining data on business prospects and clients, data visualization, scraping third party data sources, and more.

The Role:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for helping improve processes and efficiency in the Salesforce and Data Analyst Teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce and Data solutions that meet the business needs. You will write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria and prepare and help prioritize the backlog for the development team to be queued for work.

What You’ll Do:
Collaborating with the product owner, development team, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide recommendations on how to optimize processes through Salesforce
Facilitating backlog grooming and prioritizations sessions to ensure the backlog is up-to-date and accurately reflects the business needs and keeping it well-organized and visible to all team members
Assisting with ensuring the team follows agile best practices and adheres to agreed-upon agile process
Helping to remove impediments and obstacles that are preventing the team from delivering high-quality work
Provide suggestions on business process improvements
Creating and maintaining business process flows and documentation
Assist in user acceptance testing and training
Help foster a collaborative environment within the team and across different business units to allow for best solutions
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce.com releases, new features, and best practices

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Professional including Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst; Salesforce Certified Administrator (201); with additional Salesforce certifications preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Tableau
Experience with writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with revenue operations
The ability to pivot, work with nuance, and recommend a path forward when confronted with ambiguity
Strong communication skills; ability to “speak” both business and technical languages
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiar with Ticketing Systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance
Experience working with global teams
Knowledge of Databases, SQL, SOQL
Knowledge of Investment & Asset Management
The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 + bonus + benefits.
