We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to help us create best-in-class e-commerce solutions for globally recognized brands like Bugaboo, Gall & Gall, Canyon, and Quiksilver. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement cutting-edge e-commerce systems that redefine user experiences and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer at DEPT®, you’ll play a key role in building innovative e-commerce solutions that enable world-class brands to thrive in the digital space. By leveraging your technical expertise and creativity, you’ll design and implement robust, scalable platforms that enhance user experiences and drive business success. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll deliver impactful solutions that make a difference for our clients and their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C solutions, ensuring top-notch performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement and customize integrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, warehousing tools, and product information management systems.
• Continuously monitor and update websites to ensure sustainability, security, and compliance with modern standards.
• Improve and maintain the quality of codebases, following industry best practices and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to maintain uninterrupted client operations.
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technical Expertise:
• 3-5+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, including the completion of at least one major project.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Experience with SFRA (Salesforce Reference Architecture) and MVC design patterns.
• A solid foundation in process modeling and software architecture principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within global teams.
• Exceptional organizational and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Bonus:
• Experience with integrating complex third-party systems.
• Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms or technologies.
