Position Description:

CGI is looking for an experienced Salesforce Configuration Lead with solid experience in Financial Services cloud and a background in Life Insurance. This position is based in Hartford CT.

We're seeking a lead who can direct a team of configuration specialists on the final leg of an org consolidation project. If you're a self-starter who takes ownership for the business relationships, liaising to capture and elaborate requirements, clarify discrepancies, demo functionality to users, support UAT and lead a small group of configuration specialists; then you're the right person for the job!

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize work items based on input from various partners

Collect input and feedback is team members and ensure critical information is accurately communicated between business and technical teams

Help resolve ambiguity and support compromise and clarity

Participate in daily stand-up meetings

Schedule and host requirement meetings

Assign tasks to team members

Elaborate requirements

Collaborate with the and design solution based on those requirements once validated with business owners

Understand data model and relationships to business activities

Research, validate and identify root cause of data related issues and support resolution of same

Support team on implementation decisions and application of standard processes

Demonstrate functionality to business users

Support user acceptance testing and automation

Identify opportunities for growth in the account

Support Account Manager in business development activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5-8 of Salesforce Admin experience (custom object/field creation, field level security)

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Jira

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science of related field.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $94,500 - 181,800.
