Salesforce Consultant

West Monroe is searching for a Salesforce enthusiast to join our team as a Consultant within our Customer Solutions practice. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision, analyze business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and execute Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Business Analyst responsible for design and configuration of the Salesforce platform
• Lead business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements 
• Lead Salesforce solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
• Perform gap analysis between standard Salesforce functionality and client’s requirements and provide design alternatives for evaluation and document findings
• Collaborate with development teams to help drive the design, build and testing of Salesforce custom features
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
• Facilitate unit, system and end-user testing
• Support end-user training and documentation
• Manage project status, timelines, risks for overall project or individual workstream

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Consulting or in a Business Analyst role
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
• Proficient in the process areas supporting either the Sales, Service or Marketing functions (Lead to Quote, Inquiry to Resolution)
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Proficient at leading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the areas of Sales, Service or Marketing
• Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
• College degree, or equivalent experience required
• Ability to travel to client-site 30-50% (post-COVID)
