Salesforce CRM Applications ManagerÂ
We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to join our Business Applications team and lead our Salesforce Developers and Administrators. You will be responsible for leading the team managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce CRM system including user management, data management, and system configuration.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 3 professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM applications and integrations.

Collaborate with and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

Manage the testing and deployment of new features and enhancements.
-
Provide training and support to users to ensure the effective adoption and use of the system.

Monitor system performance and usage, and proactively identify and address issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and evaluate their potential impact on our system.

Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations and implement best practices for data security and privacy.

Define and implement best practices, standards, and policies for Salesforce CRM development and administration.

Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce CRM performance, security, and data quality issues.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce CRM systems.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and capabilities.

Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
-
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM development and administration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and API integration.

At least 3 years of experience in managing a Salesforce CRM team in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM best practices, architecture, security, and governance.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Pay Range:
$163,000 - $195,000 USD
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
