We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that support various banking functions, including customer relationship management, sales, and marketing automation. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all solutions are aligned with business requirements, providing exceptional customer experiences and enhancing operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the financial services sector, who can translate complex business needs into customized Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other banking systems using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Data Loader, and version control systems.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification (required).
  • Additional certifications like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Application Architect (preferred).
• Data & Security:
  • Experience with data migration and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data security protocols, particularly in the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with banking processes such as loan management, customer onboarding, credit assessments, and wealth management.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking, ensuring Salesforce solutions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
