As we scale the GTM team within Notion, we are looking for a GTM systems leader to help drive our revenue goals and realize the company vision. This person will be a critical partner to sales, marketing, strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the sales stack and will have experience configuring/customizing Salesforce and building integrations with other sales tools.

• Drive increase in Sales productivity by building integrations/enhancements that will bring insights into systems of engagement/record
• Analyze complex requirements to help define technical requirements, build, test and deploy enhancements to CRM/ERP systems
• Enable efficient scaling of the Sales org through the implementation of best in class tools
• Build strong relationships with GTM organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that are blockers to the GTM/sales team

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer systems
• 4+ years experience in the development process
• Familiarity with quote to cash process and billing systems etc
• Experience with Force.com, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce billing systems
• Experience integrating with CRM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Salesforce tools like approval percess, process builder, visual flows etc.
• Experience with data management, data migrations between systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment
