Salesforce Developer

Description

The Navy Marine Corps IT Business Area and Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract at Leidos currently have an opening for a Salesforce Developer to support the development and maintenance of our Salesforce application. The position will be a remote/telework role in support of a U.S. Navy program and other business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and features within Salesforce applications.
• Work with business analysts and project managers to analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate into development actions.
• Create and contribute to technical documentation of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and day-to-day use.
• Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree in other disciplines).
• 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development, or 2-6 years with a Master's Degree.
• Current Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum requirement) or higher.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, automation, and integrations with non-Salesforce tools.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to determine requirements.
• Ability to research solutions to development issues when the answer is not clear.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active secret clearance.
• Prior experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
• Current Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Other Salesforce certifications.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
