Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We seek a forward-thinking, innovative, and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our IT Enterprise Business Application team. This team member will ensure adherence to defined IT standards, lead less experienced technical team members, and drive high-quality, reliable, and sustainable solution delivery. Effective communication and influence of IT, business, and vendor partners for optimized solutions are crucial.

Responsibilities :

· Managing Agile processes

 Working with Business partners to document and convert functional requirements into technical specifications.

· Application design and development, focusing on Salesforce configuration and implementing Salesforce best practices.

· Experience designing, managing, and debugging custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, understanding visual force pages, reading Apex classes, and implementing complex business logic through declarative tools.

· Exercise independent judgment in project management and day-to-day activities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

· Develop build deployment plans based on infrastructure and integration requirements.

· Communicate deployment plans to stakeholders and ensure successful execution.

· Write test classes for developed code to ensure sufficient code coverage.

· Ability to prioritize and balance case management, projects, and team process improvements.

· Understanding Salesforce integrations, such as connecting Salesforce with other business systems using APIs or middleware like Mulesoft

· Release management

Requirements :

· 4+ years of development experience with at least 3 years in lightning project development.

· 4+ years of development experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud(CPQ and Financial Force PSA a plus).

· Prior experience leading the design and development of end-to-end integration solutions using Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform.

· Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL with a focus on writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

· Experience in designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, complex reports, dashboards, triggers, and email generation.

· Familiarity with Pardot customization and integration, digital engagement, Lightning design development, and Lightning web component (LWC) development.

· Experience working in an Agile methodology.

· Experience with CICD tools.

· Ability to develop and deploy packages across multiple environments.

· Proven ability to provision new environments, configure Sandboxes for testing, and deploy changes to other Sandbox environments and production.

· Hands-on experience in administration setup, including managing users, security controls, data, and creating roles, profiles, and permission sets.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide optimal solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Platform Developer, Platform Developer 2.

o Nice to have: Integration Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Mulesoft Certification.
