Job Description

ISN is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Salesforce Developer who will focus on the design and build of custom applications on the Salesforce platform and the integration of those applications with other software applications. The Salesforce Developer shall be experienced in utilizing custom coding tools (APEX, Lightning) as necessary.

The successful candidate will work closely with the members of the management team to ensure deliverables enhance the efficiency and value of applications supporting the business process workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with the organization’s management team to define, develop, maintain, and document applications built on the Salesforce platform.
• Produce solution deliverables such as solution definitions, solution requirements, effort estimation, testing plans, and periodic project progress reports etc.
• Incorporate custom coding tools into the technical solution as necessary.

Performs special reviews/projects as directed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Five or more years of application development experience utilizing the Salesforce platform.
• Experience customizing Salesforce applications, developing custom functionality, and integrating Salesforce solutions with other applications.
• Three or more years of experience with Lightening Web Component (LWC).
• Four or more years of experience with Salesforce custom coding tools (Apex, Lightning)
• Possess two or more Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer, B2C Commerce Developer, Certified Administrator, JavaScript Developer, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, or .NET as well as experience with web technologies such as HTML or CSS.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of database concepts, Salesforce architecture, and the integration of Salesforce with other systems.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience with Government Contracting - Preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• US Citizen (Required)
• Able to obtain US Security Clearance (Required)
• Active US Security Clearance (Preferred)
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and prioritizing tasks and assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
