Job Description

Modivcare is looking for a Salesforce Developer IV to be responsible for the setup, configuration, development, maintenance, and support of the organization's Salesforce.com system instance ensuring Salesforce works seamlessly for stakeholders.

You will...

  • Think strategically to define the CRM vision and communicates to the CRM users.
  • Build and champion a clear strategy and roadmap for CRM and all supporting commercial technology.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to establish a commercial technology roadmap that is aligned to the business strategy and growth goals and maximizes value of connected applications and other third-party sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively document and drive platform changes and improvements, working together with technical support resources.
  • Serve as the CRM product expert in cross functional efforts to support a timely delivery of high impact projects and acts as the primary support and point of contact for Salesforce.com internal team and system integrations.
  • Develop, customize, and administer modules, objects, workflows, dashboards, interfaces, reports, or access levels.
  • Plan for all future technology investments to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms.
  • Test and approve system changes prior to deployment.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with organizational users to understand their system needs and business priorities, documents current and future state business processes, and recommends technology solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impacts across cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate current state business processes.
  • Manage overall project intake, prioritization, and definition processes for supported business partners.
  • Maintain and report on overall initiative and roadmap progress, status, and health.
  • Inform and assist in management of training resource(s) and budget and ensures alignment with key stakeholder needs.
  • Provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Help build and lead a Salesforce governance function.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to analysts and other roles.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • Seven (7) plus years of experience in systems/platform management, Salesforce, or as CRM Product Owner.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Developer preferred.
  • Agile experience and Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.
  • Project management experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Experience with application development and customer-facing interfaces preferred.
  • Ability to performs work with a high degree of latitude and handles the most complex issues.
  • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills - strong ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail an accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills.
  • Quick to execute ad-hoc projects and adapt to change.
  • Ability to apply professional concepts and experience to evaluate identifiable factors in order to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
  • Effective project management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and support.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relations with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to engages and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary: $84,989 - $113,318 / Annually
