Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to transform them into functioning solutions.
- Possesses ability to distinguish when to use declarative solutions/platform tools (i.e., "clicks not code") and programmatic development.
- Employ platform best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Drive your software development activities to meet project schedules and timelines.
- Adhere to Salesforce deployment best practices (i.e., ability to deploy Change Sets, SalesforceDX).
- Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases / emerging technologies and identifies opportunities to implement on Freewheel's Salesforce instance.
- Possess the ability to scope the technical portion of a project, estimate effort, and develop/architect your own solutions.
- Serves as a guide and mentor for junior level Software Development Engineers.
- Assists in tracking and evaluating performance metrics. Ensures team delivers software on time, to specification, and within budget.
- Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Core Technical Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of SalesForce (Apex) .NET C#, .NET Framework, MVC, LINQ, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL Server, & GitHub
- Experience in designing and consuming API
- Experience in SPA UI, TypeScript, Entity Framework, API & .Net Core is a plus
- Experience with web service standards (REST, SOAP, WCF)
- DevOps CICD is a plus (Concourse, Azure DevOps)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BS (or equivalent experientially proven) Computer Science or similar discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience as a software developer
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum and in-depth knowledge of technical requirements mentioned below.

Compensation
National Pay Range: $78,789.65 USD-$184,663.24 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Bachelor's Degree
