Salesforce Email Specialist
Job Description
Requirements
Please outline in your resume your solid expertise in and understanding of:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including successful building of simple to complex journeys and email dynamic framework design
- Responsible for laying the full groundwork, execution, documentation, management, and strategic planning for email programs
- Make recommendations for email layouts and content, contribute to conversations regarding content from a best practice's perspective during meetings with multiple departments
- Familiarity with testing and resolving rendering issues across multiple email browsers (Email on Acid experience preferred)
- Ability to write and troubleshoot HTML/CSS code
- Automation Studio (SQL/Query writing experience)
- Ampscript knowledge
- Ability to build, manage and execute the email marketing content calendar
- Email deliverability best practices, including spam prevention and online integrity across all ISPs
- Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Full reporting during and after campaign including analysis for campaign optimization
- Large campaign experience (100K+ database sends)
- Project management from inception to completion
- Scheduling and time management, especially under tight deadlines
- Working cross-departmentally to ensure deliverables
- Working with and managing multiple clients and/or brands at once
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus
- Has a deep understanding of approaches to integrate SMC with other systems in an organization's eco-system for incorporating dynamic and personalized content in emails
- Experienced in responsive and mobile-first design concepts
- Understands core concepts of marketing conversion funnels and metrics, and can contribute creative ideas to optimize them
- Working knowledge of development, collaboration, and workload management tools like Teamwork
- Manage email lists and segment subscribers
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Platform experience and email campaign best practices
- Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken
- Positive, upbeat personality with a true TEAM mentality
- Ability and skills to work remotely or from a home office
Nice to Haves - A plus, not a must
Basic Photoshop skills
Basic InDesign Skills
Content writing with proper grammar and spelling
