What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for an Engagement Lead for our Salesforce Practice.
The Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with our enterprise level clients. The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by your ability to understand our clients’ needs and requirements, aligning them with our best in cloud solutions to achieve their goals.Â
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Manage and execute the full lifecycle of new client engagements including project schedule, budget, and deliverables.Â
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing project status report to management, build and grow executive stakeholder relationshipsÂ
- Plan and execute testing and user acceptance testing including assisting in test scenarios and validating resultsÂ
- Recognize process inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvementsÂ
- Strong knowledge in software delivery: Agile, Scrum, and KanbanÂ
- Ability to actively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issuesÂ
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an engagement manager in technology or management consulting
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM technology a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
