As a Salesforce Engineer you will be the impelling cause behind our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform's development, optimization, and innovation.


You'll collaborate with our engineers, project lead, and external Salesforce resources. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests. You will work alongside our Salesforce Product Owner to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.


Here are some of the responsibilities this role contains:

Objectives of this role:

  • Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs
  • Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality
  • Collaborating and supporting the Salesforce Product Owner to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
  • Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates and features, providing recommendations for implementation

User Training and Support:

  • Create technical documentation, like user guides, release notes and design documents
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues

Data Management:

  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data governance
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Enhanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams
  • Salesforce certification(s) preferred
  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in salesforce development
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
