What You'll Do:
The Salesforce Engineer role is responsible for melding Traeger business processes into the Salesforce CRM platform to achieve the highest results for the business and capitalize on the features of the platform. To accomplish this, this person needs to exercise excellent communication skills as well as demonstrate an ability to quickly turn business requirements and anecdotes into designs and solutions that are easy to understand for end users but powerful in the design on the Salesforce platform. Using the designs, and based on priority, the Salesforce Engineer will own design, build, quality testing, deployment, and overall success of all solutions in the CRM. This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving CRM platform issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality. This may require integration of data to/from other enterprise applications, coordinating with the enterprise dev team to accomplish what is needed. This person will exercise a strong business acumen that will direct the design and implementation of solutions for the team. Using that understanding, not only will this role be responsible for building solutions for the now, but accounts for future business and technology needs in the solution.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Be a resource for best practices in using Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds and other key products.
- Develop critical logic that enables Customer Service and Sales teams to operate more efficiently and implement new processes
- Be a great team member in moving the needle for our stakeholders
- Encourage software development best practices that will reduce technical debt and improve efficiencies in our systems
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and a high degree of knowledge of general development standards and best practices
- Strong sense of business system architecture with the understanding of how processes upstream and downstream interact to perform processes
- Ability to mentor / collaborate with other developers and system admins to accomplish the right objective
