Salesforce Engineer / Architect

About the Job:
This job requires you to work in a collaborative environment where business, technology and strategy teams align to accomplish a large-scale enterprise-wide digital transformation. The role will be client facing and serve as the lead engineer on a scrum team that is part of many other scrum teams executing against a SF transformative sprint backlog. The ability to work with large teams in both onshore and offshore setting will be critical to the success of the engagement. Mortgage domain expertise is preferred, banking expertise is required.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Work in a highly agile, collaborative, and competitive environment on Salesforce implementation and modern technology stack
• Provide engineering leadership and delivery services to large financial clients
• Align with business and strategy stakeholders to ensure project delivery is meeting high quality and business needs

What You'll Bring with You:

• Experience with agile delivery
• 5 years of Object-Oriented experience
• 3 years of Salesforce developer experience
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
• Experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
• Experience in architecture, development, implementation, or support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems in a financial services environment
• Agile expertise is required
